Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Corporate Logistics Analyst to optimize distribution networks and support procurement and logistics teams. You will use modeling tools and MS Office to analyze routes, volumes and costs, driving efficiency across the Richmond, VA operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or procurement, with strong Excel/Power BI skills. Onsite at West Creek corporate office, with opportunities to contribute to strategic projects and improve transportation planning.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-2 years of Logistics or Procurement experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's in Management, Logistics or Transportation Operations.
Preferred: 2-4 years in analytical roles within logistics or procurement.

Responsibilities

Facilitate network optimization planning using modeling tools.
Collaborate with Regional and Local Logistics Managers for central planning.
Provide projection, implementation and developmental support for new projects.
Present data in meetings and on conference/Webex calls.
Coordinate with procurement and national accounts to review vendor profiles and performance metrics.
Enter freight rates, allowances, carrier info, lane info in TMS systems; review lane pricing.
