Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics software (WMS/TMS).
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or other process-improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data via SQL Server to create spreadsheets and reports.
• Analyze logistics data (inventory, shipments, costs) to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Maintain KPI reports for supply chain and distribution.
• Recommend process improvements and cost-saving strategies.
• Schedule orders in WMS and monitor deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with logistics teams, clients, carriers, and suppliers.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and monitoring freight costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety measures.
• Support training and documentation for logistics teams.
