Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Logistics leader to provide leadership in inbound warehousing, transportation, and finished goods distribution, driving Lean/Six Sigma programs and SAP EWM deployment.

You will lead a team to improve throughput, accuracy, and process controls, mentoring staff and deploying metrics. This role supports continuous improvement across Global Logistics and coordinates with 3PL providers, ensuring efficient operations and high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team executing operational excellence initiatives in Global Logistics.
• Allocate resources and guide team members in time studies and process mapping.
• Oversee data analysis to investigate root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Coach team in Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and errors.
• Provide leadership in cross-functional training of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage projects to achieve throughput, accuracy, and process controls.
• Develop and deploy key operational performance metrics and accountability.
• Guide knowledge growth of warehouse operations and WMS applications.
• Perform hands-on analyses and improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Champion cultural and behavioral change for 500+ employees.
