Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze designs, methods, and internal processes to find improvements.
• Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvements and manufacturing method changes.
• Measure benefits after changes and report outcomes.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods across operations.
• Regularly review lean performance with leadership and set expectations.
• Direct the work of US1 Continuous Improvement Leads.
