Job summary

Google is seeking a seasoned logistics and operations leader to drive ERP/IMS data integrity, optimize warehouse layouts, and implement Lean/Six Sigma across domestic and international shipping. You will mentor operations teams and ensure compliance with Incoterms, DOT/IATA hazardous materials handling, and FTZ protocols.

With 8 years in logistics and 3+ years in management, you will leverage ERP data to justify headcount, equipment, and space needs while delivering high-growth, high-efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent practical experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research or related field.
• 8 years of logistics, warehouse management or material handling experience.
• 3 years of people management.
• 3 years ERP/IMS experience.
• 3 years Incoterms, DOT/IATA hazardous materials handling, and warehouse operations.
• 3 years managing cycle count programs and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Master's/PhD preferred in related engineering fields for advanced roles.
• 10+ years in logistics with 6+ in management is a strong plus.
• Experience analyzing data for quality, reliability, and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with FTZ operations or international customs processes.
• Ability to justify headcount/equipment/space with ERP data.

Responsibilities

• Enable ERP/IMS data integrity and modulate safety stock.
• Collaborate to optimize warehouse layouts and VMI.
• Deploy Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and dock-to-stock times.
• Create SOPs and standardize escalation paths.
• Manage daily domestic and international shipping and FTZ compliance.
