Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for a Logistics Operator to coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight, supporting fulfillment and distribution activities. The role focuses on building strong carrier relationships and ensuring SOP compliance to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has analytical skills, can work under pressure, and is capable of deriving insights from KPIs to drive process improvements within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean import) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn logistics operations quickly.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate openly and effectively.
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers.
• Manage and support fulfillment & distribution activities.
• SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice.
• Builds relationships with carriers, vendors, & internal team members, and helps resolve freight problems.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous process improvements.
