Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in California is seeking a logistics coordinator with a focus on import operations, global logistics, and Customs Compliance. You will coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and 3PLs, support fulfillment and distribution activities, and maintain SOPs.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous process improvements, building relationships with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean import) is preferred.
• Candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn logistics operations quickly are encouraged.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate openly and effectively.
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency.
• Strong work ethic.
• Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous process improvements.
• Constantly evaluates logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth
