Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring an Operations Support Coordinator in Ontario, CA. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete for every load.

You will support the warehouse team, prepare reports, and help with order waves, returns, and packing requests. A customer-service background and familiarity with warehousing operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six months or more in a customer service, clerical, or related role.
• Experience with warehouse operations or WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments through the TMS and communicate schedules.
• Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and act as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Wave orders, document returns and exchanges, and prepare necessary shipping documents.
• Assist warehouse leads and generate required reporting for operations.
• Answer phones and support packaging and general warehouse supplies.
