Hyperlux Logistics, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Representative for the 1st Shift (8am-5pm), 40 hours per week, to help coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and support the logistics team.

No prior logistics experience required; strong organizational and customer service skills are valued; starting pay is $16 per hour with opportunities for growth. You will maintain records, assist in process improvements, and ensure on-time service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities to ensure on-time service and meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Provide administrative and operational support to logistics and operations teams, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
