Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership and sense of urgency in operations.
• Ability to build rapport with associates and customers.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Experience with inventory management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to execute daily tasks.
• Supervise processes including scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Conduct team meetings and implement improved methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, documentation and cost objectives.
• Support location goals and customer objectives daily.
