Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Clarksville, TN, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for outbound on-site shift A (Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will oversee freight handling, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely, accurate processing of shipments.

The role requires leadership, familiarity with WMS/TMS, strong communication, and a focus on safety and quality. A Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in freight operations or logistics.
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with WMS/TMS and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise freight handling and operations teams.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and freight movements with carriers and customers.
• Ensure documentation, labeling, and packaging meet regulations.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to meet deadlines and demand.
• Monitor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports with metrics on inventory and incidents.
