Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor all operations including processing shipments and dispatching drivers.
• Serve as the primary interface between Pilot Freight Services, customers, sales, system operations and vendors.
• Provide quality customer service while adhering to company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in operating efficiencies through process analysis and staffing.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with OSHA regulations and laws.
• Train, supervise, coach and evaluate direct reports.
• Review key performance measures monthly and implement improvements.
• Communicate freight status to customers, vendors and Pilot stations.
