Job summary

The United States Senate is seeking a Logistics and Operations Specialist to join the Printing Graphics and Direct Mail (PGDM) team. You will provide warehouse support, track asset inventory, and coordinate logistics for diverse materials across the Senate complex.

Responsibilities include inventory, staging, receiving, decommissioning, recycling, and daily tracking of warehouse and delivery activities, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in serving Senate offices and constituents.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage asset inventories using an asset management system.

Responsibilities

• Provide warehouse support and track asset inventory using an asset management application.
• Coordinate delivery of IT equipment, furniture, supplies, documents, and artifacts for Senate offices.
• Conduct inventories, staging, receiving, decommissioning, recycling, and disposal across the complex.
• Daily tracking of warehouse and delivery activities and statistics for user requests.
