Job summary

Goldbelt Global in Miami, FL is seeking an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day transportation and logistics activities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery, coordinate with carriers, review documentation, and uphold regulatory compliance across CONUS & OCONUS.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, English and Spanish fluency, and a bachelor’s in a related field. The position offers competitive pay and a benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in carrier, transportation and logistics operations.
Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
Proficiency with transportation management software and data tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute transportation plans for domestic and international shipments.
Review shipping documentation for accuracy, compliance and regulations.
Secure cost-effective rates by coordinating with carriers and brokers.
Maintain stock areas and inventory in hand and in systems.
Support RFQs and proforma invoices for quotes.
Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency and safety.
Travel for training, business development and related opportunities as needed.
