WhiteCap Search is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in New York to ensure smooth logistics and warehouse activities. You will coordinate with 3PLs, manage carrier relationships, and ensure customer shipment requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities include 3PL coordination, carrier management, on-site oversight at the Passaic warehouse, and SAP ERP use to track orders and shipments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• 3PL & Warehouse Coordination: be the primary contact for the 3PL and oversee daily operations.
• Logistics & Carrier Management: manage carrier relationships, negotiations and performance.
• Customer Shipment Requirements: handle labeling, routing guides, scheduling and on-time delivery.
• Tradeshow Management: coordinate logistics for tradeshow shipments.
• Systems & Process: use SAP ERP to manage orders, monitor inventory and shipments; identify process improvements.
