Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• No prior industry experience required; internship or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Complete structured rotations across Intermodal Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Finance.
• Support operations with day-to-day shipment tracking, scheduling, and carrier communications.
• Assist Sales and Pricing with market research, rate analysis, and customer proposals.
• Support Finance with data entry, invoice and accessorial review, and reconciliation activities.
• Gather and analyze data in Excel to build reports and identify trends or improvements.
• Own a capstone project addressing a real business challenge and present findings to leadership.
• Participate in intern program activities, training sessions, and site visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
