Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is offering an Operations Intern, Rotation Program in Lombard, IL. The intern will rotate through Intermodal Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Finance, supporting day-to-day activities and completing a capstone project presented to leadership.

The program emphasizes developing business, analytical, and communication skills while gaining practical exposure to freight transportation and logistics.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• No prior industry experience required; leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; intermediate Excel is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with internal teams and customers.
• Eagerness to learn, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Intermodal Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Finance.
• Support operations with day-to-day shipment tracking and communications.
• Assist Sales and Pricing with market research and rate analysis.
• Support Finance with data entry, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data in Excel to build reports and identify trends.
• Own a capstone project and present findings to leadership at program end.
• Participate in intern program activities, trainings, and site visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.
