Job summary

NOTS Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager in Lebanon, TN to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive client satisfaction. You will manage a hybrid team, optimize processes, and align with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the onsite DC Manager to achieve key metrics in operations, safety, and personnel, and oversee inventory and supply chain execution in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience supervising teams in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, order fulfillment, and scheduling.
• Maintain safety, quality, and performance standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a hybrid team of full-time warehouse employees; oversee recruiting and training.
• Partner with onsite DC Manager to meet operational metrics and client needs.
