Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, or Supply Chain or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year in related field.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.
• Not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
• Experience managing a team (preferred).
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Adaptability to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a small driver count and non-traditional shifts including nights and weekends.
• Assist with DOT compliance and safety requirements for drivers.
• Plan, route, monitor freight and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform payroll, budget, and driver-related administrative duties.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal staff to resolve issues.
