Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States (OH/Dublin area) to manage operational policies and drive quality for customers. Compensation starts at 85K and may include bonus or commission; actual pay varies by experience and skill set.

You will guide staffing, supervise managers and coordinators, and partner with HR on hiring and disciplinary processes while ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and adjust staffing requirements to maintain quality service while minimizing overtime costs.
• Oversee all supervisory functions and mentor supervisors and coordinators; monitor metrics.
• Liaise between Account Managers and operations; investigate issues to determine root cause and correction.
