Job summary

DSV seeks an Operations Manager for the LBJ FWY site in Lancaster, TX. You will oversee day-to-day warehousing, receiving, and shipping, planning inbound/outbound volume, and leading a team to meet KPI targets and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance while collaborating with HR and client contacts to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7 years logistics experience.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in distribution/logistics environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume and space utilization.
• Hire and train staff; manage performance.
• Meet client KPIs and adhere to SOPs.
• Lead safety and quality programs.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing and development.
• Communicate with client and internal teams to ensure service levels.
