Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years of managing and leading direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations; advanced safety and security knowledge.

• Oversee daily fleet operations and dispatch staff.
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient transportation systems.
• Set schedules, routes, and assign drivers and vehicles.
• Monitor performance and implement cost-saving improvements.
