Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Manager to direct and coordinate distribution center logistics. You will partner with the DC Operations, Store Support Center, and Store Operations teams to plan and support shipments, blending inbound containers with outbound store deliveries.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and comfort in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Bloomingdale, GA. VISA sponsorship not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience can substitute for education on a one-for-one year basis.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• OSHA safety rules knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with software applications and transportation systems.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drayage providers to schedule daily inbound containers.
• Receive shipment tenders and plan weekly shipments with carriers.
• Ship and track outbound shipments to stores; troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Report KPIs of carriers to NA Logistics Director.
• Develop metrics to measure employee performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Lead a team of coordinators and develop leaders within the team.
• Provide weekly metrics to warehouse managers and improve outbound performance.
• Train and mentor team members to maximize results.
