Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, operations, or 3PL leadership.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop teams of logistics professionals.
