Job summary

Meridian Bioscience Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all inbound/outbound transportation, manage carrier relationships, and coordinate inbound logistics with Procurement to support uninterrupted supply and customer fulfillment.

You will drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure FDA, QSR, ISO and import/export compliance while partnering with Warehouse Operations, Quality and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or a regulated environment.
• Experience in GMP, FDA, ISO, quality/compliance procedures.
• Proven root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound shipping operations to ensure timely, compliant delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with Procurement to ensure material delivery.
• Manage carrier relationships to optimize cost, service, and delivery performance.
• Oversee import/export activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own and resolve logistics-related customer complaints and issues.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, transit times, and freight costs.
• Develop process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
