Job summary

Kelvion Inc. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to direct and optimize shipping and receiving operations within our manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team, implement Lean principles, and coordinate with maintenance and safety functions to ensure on-time delivery and high quality. The role involves planning production schedules, managing department budgets, and driving continuous improvements while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and cooperative work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates shipping and receiving activities.
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly productions to meet NGOS schedule and delivery dates.
• Manage policy deployment in Lean Manufacturing, quality, cost reduction, safety, and plant performance measures.
• Oversee department activities under VP of Operations and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Assign duties, provide coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews.
