Responsibilities include KPIs, financial planning, and cross-site collaboration to share best practices. The role requires travel as needed and a schedule aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT-regulated positions.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to connect with associates and external customers at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and cover required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and associates to ensure training and competency aligned with customer objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain quality associates.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs; interact daily with local customer to understand needs.
• Identify operational improvements (route optimization, carrier selection, backhauls).
• Develop and execute annual financial/operating plan.
• Maintain a safety culture and reduce incidents.
• Collaborate with other Penske sites to share best practices.
• Improve fleet/utilization and equipment maintenance.
