Job summary

Walmart in Elwood, IL is hiring for a frontline Logistics Supervisor. You will communicate with customers, suppliers and associates, implement the business plan, manage staffing and scheduling, allocate duties and coordinate workloads to hit facility goals.

You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, train associates, and develop leaders while upholding Walmart values. The annual salary ranges from $65,500 to $98,000 with performance bonuses and a full benefits package including health, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in a business/logistics field with supervisory experience requirements.
• Experience in Walmart Logistics Management or equivalent logistics experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates to align on goals.
• Implement the business plan for the area by coordinating staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and adjust workloads to achieve facility production and safety targets.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders, and participate in hiring and promotions.
