Job summary

Reliance Test & Techonology, LLC is seeking a LOGISTICS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR II for our Eglin AFB, FL operation. The role leads a logistics team of up to 15 employees, ensuring compliance with procedures for warehouse, records, Hazmat, shipping, and turn-in activities.

The position requires a Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain) and a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. On-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with PIEE and Counterfeit Electronic Components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 15 employees in the Logistics Section and manage day-to-day operations.
• Enforce policies, improve procedures, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Coordinate training, schedules, and timekeeping; approve leave and time requests.
• Oversee warehouse, records management, Hazmat, shipping/receiving, and turn-in activities.
• Support E-OMS operational objectives.
