General Matter in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Logistics Operations Lead to manage end-to-end shipping and receiving, verify inbound deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory control. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and receiving — verify and inspect inbound deliveries against POs, log and put away received goods.
• Prepare outbound shipments: pick, pack, palletize, crate, label, and stage freight with proper documentation and BOLs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, and reconciling physical stock against system records.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries, and track shipping and inventory activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and keep the floor organized and production-ready.
