Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum hands-on logistics experience in the United States.
• Experience with warehouse ops, trucking, drayage, freight forwarding, or last-mile delivery.
• Familiarity with Southern California logistics networks and port operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems (WMS/TMS).
• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus for cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations in the Greater Los Angeles area, including warehouse, trucking, drayage, cross-border transport, container handling, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop transport schedules, routes, and plans to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity.
• Manage third-party logistics vendors and service providers; conduct performance reviews and negotiations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and vendors to ensure smooth customs clearance and cargo movement.
• Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards; manage budgets and cost analyses.
