Crescent Park is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in West Chester, OH (Shift: Thu–Sun, 6AM–4:30PM) to lead shipping/receiving, scheduling, inventory and quality control. You will act as a liaison between warehouse leadership and operations, ensuring safety and Crescent Way adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining KPI-driven performance, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, SQF, and company policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related experience.
• Experience leading teams or projects preferred.
• Associates Degree in Business or a technical field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management and quality management.
• Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping for direct reports.
• Uphold OSHA, MSDS, ISO, SQF regulations and Crescent safety standards.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives including Leader Standard work and Value Stream Mapping.
• Direct cross-functional collaboration between warehouse leadership and operations to meet KPIs and customer needs.
