Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials through the Ohio warehouse safely and efficiently. You will follow Crescent Way guidelines, perform inspections, and coordinate with Shipping and Receiving to keep lines flowing.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll learn tasks quickly, operate the Pack Manager and SAP systems, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combo.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals clearly.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely in warehouse, trailer, production areas, and around teammates.
• Complete forklift and trailer inspection forms as required and keep areas organized.
• Work with shipping/receiving to move materials efficiently and on time.
• Support continuous improvement and safe practices with the Crescent team.
• Follow Crescent safety rules and GMP guidelines during all tasks.
