Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional responsible for executing warehouse activities with a focus on service, cost, safety, quality, and compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure effective management, stock accuracy, and end-to-end logistics execution.

Key duties include stock reconciliation with SAP, interfaces monitoring, and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaborative environments.
• Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsabilités

• Review stock inaccuracies and align SAP with the warehouse management system.
• Monitor capacity utilization, performance and KPI tracking; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Support continuous improvement projects and tenders, including peak management.
• Build full-cost analyses and yearly budget planning.
