Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced logistics leader in Fort Worth, TX to drive day-to-day success in a fast-paced operation. You will lead teams, develop associates, and ensure performance aligns with safety, quality, and production goals.

You’ll use reports to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and implement improvements while maintaining strong cross-team communication and partnership with business partners. This role includes performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors across multiple departments.
• 3+ years in operations/logistics/retail environment with supervision responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop associates and leaders in your area.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Execute the business plan to achieve production, quality, safety, and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall operational performance.
• Review and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance needs based on demand.
• Communicate effectively with associates, leaders, customers, suppliers, and partners.
