Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications with degree and 1 year of operations/distribution/logistics experience, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments / areas.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally or in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals; implement operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, procedures and directives.
• Identify and resolve associates, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consult others as needed.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
