Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management) and 1+ years in an ops/distribution/logistics environment, supervising and developing managers/supervisors; OR 1+ years as Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising and developing associates; OR 3+ years in ops/distribution/logistics supervising and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to meet facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify improvements.
• Monitor area compliance with Logistics, quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor associates and leaders, including hiring and development.
