• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals and improve operations.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics standards, policies and safety directives.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and training.
