Fena is seeking a logistics professional to optimize operations and drive efficiency at the Despatch Centre. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure timely approvals, accurate paperwork, and disciplined asset use.

Ideal candidates have hands-on logistics experience, strong system adherence, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude to help reduce costs and improve profitability. The position is on site at the factory/dispatch facilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in logistics handling and supply chain processes.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Dispatch, and F&A teams.
• Strong focus on accuracy, timelines and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and profitability through efficient logistics operations.
• Ensure safe, proper use and maintenance of assets; maintain a clean, disciplined workplace.
• Coordinate annual planning with Sales, Marketing and other departments.
