Job summary

AMPORTS Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate all department activities including customer relations, scheduling, staffing, safety, and production goals. The role requires ensuring ISO compliance and leading a team to meet daily, monthly, and yearly targets.

The position is full-time with standard daytime hours, overtime may be required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and relevant training or experience, and must be able to obtain a TWIC badge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Intermediate personal computer skills, including e-mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, staffing, safety, and daily/monthly/yearly production goals.
• Comply with ISO standards.
• Provide training to AMPORTS associates.
• Enforces company policies and procedures.
• Assist facility manager.
• Meet daily with team leads.
• Attending staff meetings.
• Meet deadlines and objective goals.
