Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, staffing, safety, and daily/monthly/yearly production goals.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal controls.
• Provide training to AMPORTS associates and enforce policies.
• Meet with team leads daily and participate in staff meetings.
• Assist facility manager and lead the team to meet deadlines and objectives.
