Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP) and inventory planning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach and problem-solving abilities.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory control to support operations.
• Execute logistics plans aligned with production schedules.
• Coordinate movement of materials to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate supply concerns as needed.
• Develop and report logistics metrics (on-time shipments, accuracy, costs).
• Lead cycle counts and drive inventory accuracy improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service and Finance.
• Ensure compliant and cost-effective product shipments and transport relations.
