Job summary

Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to lead daily operations with third-party logistics partners and streamline procedures.

You will drive process improvements, assist with ERP transitions for Logistics, and manage freight invoicing/audits while collaborating with multiple teams. The role requires hands-on experience in domestic and international freight, plus formal education in Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations with 3PLs and logistics partners.
Streamline logistics procedures and workflow; propose process improvements.
Assist with ERP transition for Logistics functions.
Process, audit and approve freight invoices/logs from 3PLs.
Stay updated on industry trends and freight issues.
Collaborate with Customer Service on freight damage claims and follow up.
Advise on inbound transportation activities including scheduling, tracking and quotes.
Coordinate with Supply Chain on inbound transportation opportunities and quotes.
Serve as escalation contact for freight issues with various teams.
Develop and deliver new hire training for Logistics Coordinators.
Lead Logistics KPI reporting and analytics.
Provide tactical support to plant Shipping teams.
Assist with international compliance, documentation, training.
Uphold TCF Core Values.
Other duties as assigned.
