• Currently enrolled as a Junior in a Bachelor's program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Open communicator with strong customer service orientation.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with load tracking, tracing, and ensuring app compliance.
• Support carrier communications and scheduling of pickups and deliveries.
• Gain exposure to booking loads and building loads.
• Maintain and update information in customer systems and load tracking.
• Assist with documentation and insurance certificates as needed.
