Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior in a Bachelor's degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with load tracking, tracing, and ensuring app compliance.
• Communicate with carriers and be comfortable on the phone.
• Gain exposure to booking loads and learn the process.
• Build loads, set up carriers, update calls and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Update customer systems and active load information for shipper and carrier tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation is sent to Carrier Resources and obtain certificates of insurance.
