Allen Lund Company in Minnesota is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives in daily operations.

You will build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickups and deliveries, and keep systems and stakeholders informed, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with carriers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, update calls and schedule pickups/deliveries; update customer systems and provide critical information; maintain active load information for shipper/carrier tracking.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, match invoices, issue checks, support accounting, and manage general office tasks.
• Carrier & Documentation: Verify carrier information, ensure proper certificates of insurance, call references, update profiles and insurance data.
