You will gain exposure to basic transportation management principles and assist with freight planning, asset utilization, safety management, and DOT compliance. You'll support driver payroll, logistics analysis, and maintenance coordination while learning industry trends and driver retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the school semester.
• Junior or Senior level preferred; ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
• Assist with daily operational tasks including freight planning and asset utilization.
• Support DOT compliance, driver payroll, and logistics analysis.
• Learn industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform account-specific duties as required.
