You'll gain experience in planning freight, asset utilization, DOT compliance, driver payroll, and logistics analysis, while learning industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree in good standing.
• Able to work 20-25 hours per week during the school semester.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure and understanding of basic transportation management principles.
• Participate in daily operational tasks including planning of freight; asset utilization; safety management; DOT compliance; driver payroll; logistics management/analysis.
• Understand industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform account-specific duties as required by customer.
• Perform other related duties as required.
