CEVA Logistics in Mt. Juliet seeks a Supply Chain Operations Specialist I to support daily transportation operations, uphold data integrity, and deliver reliable service within our global logistics network.

You will manage documents for accuracy, update systems with order details, track shipments, and assist with identifying operational concerns while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.

Formación

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and logistics software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage documents for accuracy: dates, times, location, counts.
• Update transportation data in systems: purchase orders, shipping times, rates, dates.
• Utilize databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information; information is usually routine.
• Manage forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents to ensure timely processing. Track orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and effective work environment.
• Assist with identifying potential operational or service concerns, notify appropriate co-workers and assist with resolution.
