Hanes Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee domestic logistics operations in Conover, NC. You will manage daily shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP/TMS, strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with required years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of direct domestic logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping practices, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Experience with ERP and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic shipments (FTL, LTL, Intermodal, Expedited).
• Maintain relationships with domestic freight partners and internal teams.
• Monitor transportation costs, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics strategies.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and an organized email inbox.
• Implement and improve logistics processes using ERP and TMS.
• Stay informed of current logistics trends.
